01 - 45 ml vodka
02 - 30 ml blue curaçao
03 - 30 ml cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez)
04 - 60 ml pineapple juice
05 - Handful of ice cubes

06 - Shredded coconut, for rimming glass
07 - Pineapple wedge, optional garnish
08 - Maraschino cherry, optional garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Spread shredded coconut evenly on a small plate.
02 - Dip the rim of a glass into water or pineapple juice to moisten.
03 - Gently press the moistened rim into the shredded coconut to create an even coating.
04 - In a blender, combine vodka, blue curaçao, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice.
05 - Add a generous handful of ice cubes to the blender and process until the mixture forms a smooth, slushy consistency.
