03 - 2 cups (around 250 g) salted mixed nuts
04 - 3 cups (about 100 g) cheese crackers

→ Seasoning and Coating

05 - 125 ml butter, melted
06 - 125 ml olive oil
07 - 15 ml balsamic vinegar
08 - 15 ml rice vinegar
09 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
10 - 5 ml garlic powder
11 - 5 ml onion powder
12 - 5 ml dried basil
13 - 5 ml dried oregano
14 - 15 ml dried parsley
15 - 2.5 ml dried red chili flakes
16 - 2.5 ml salt
17 - 2.5 ml ground black pepper

→ Finishing

18 - 100 g parmesan cheese, finely grated

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 120°C.
02 - Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange cereal, pretzels, mixed nuts, and cheese crackers evenly on the tray. Gently toss to mix.
03 - Combine melted butter and olive oil in a medium bowl. Add balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until fully incorporated.
04 - Drizzle the prepared oil and butter mixture over the base ingredients on the tray. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
05 - Bake for 75 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure consistent toasting. Monitor carefully to prevent burning.
06 - Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle over the grated parmesan cheese and toss to combine. Serve warm or at room temperature.
07 - Once completely cooled, transfer to a resealable bag or airtight container and store at room temperature.
