Add sugar, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until a uniform paste forms.

Pour in milk and heavy cream. Whisk until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous.

Transfer the mixture to a Ninja Creami pint container. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 24 hours.

Remove the frozen base from the freezer. Insert into the Ninja Creami and process using the ice cream setting. If necessary, add a small splash of milk and reprocess for a creamier texture.

To include additional ingredients, create a well in the centre of the ice cream, add desired mix-ins, and use the mix-in function on the Ninja Creami.
