Chocolate Covered Apricots Gift (Print-Friendly Format)

Dried apricots dipped in smooth chocolate, finished with toppings and chilled for a delightful, shareable treat.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 135 grams chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips, or variety of choice)
02 - 18 dried apricots

→ Optional Garnishes

03 - Chopped nuts
04 - Pumpkin seeds
05 - Edible dried flowers
06 - Sea salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Place chopped dark chocolate in a pot set over low heat, stirring constantly until fully melted. Remove from the heat immediately.
02 - Pour the melted chocolate into a heatproof bowl to facilitate dipping.
03 - Dip each dried apricot into the melted chocolate, coating approximately two-thirds of the fruit. Lay the coated apricots on a baking tray or plate lined with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
04 - Immediately sprinkle desired toppings—such as chopped nuts, seeds, edible flowers, or sea salt—over the wet chocolate to ensure proper adhesion.
05 - Continue dipping and garnishing the remaining apricots following the previous steps.
06 - Refrigerate the tray of chocolate coated apricots for at least 60 minutes to allow the chocolate to fully set before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Store finished apricots in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks; if using fresh apricots, refrigerate for up to three days only.
