Brush the rim of a rocks glass with simple syrup, then dip it into crushed graham cracker to coat evenly. Set aside to dry.

Add tart cherry juice, vodka, simple syrup, and RumChata to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared rocks glass over a large ice cube.
