Preheat oven to 175°C and lightly grease a 23×33 cm baking dish.

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a large pan over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes to the beef mixture. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring to combine.

In a separate bowl, blend condensed cream of mushroom soup with sour cream until smooth.

Layer half of the meat mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the cream mixture, 100 g cheese, and half of the crushed Doritos.

Repeat layering with the remaining meat mixture, cream mixture, remaining Doritos, and finish with the remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.

Allow casserole to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Top with optional garnishes as desired.
