White Cheddar Spinach Chicken Burgers (Print Version)

Juicy chicken burgers with creamy cheddar and spinach, ideal for quick, flavorful dinners or summer grilling.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Burger Mixture

01 - 450 g lean ground chicken
02 - 30 g fresh spinach, chopped
03 - 110 g sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 30 g panko bread crumbs
06 - 1 large egg
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

09 - 30 ml olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Assemble all necessary ingredients and equipment in your workspace.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, panko bread crumbs, and egg. Gently mix until ingredients are just incorporated; avoid overmixing.
03 - Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately 2.5 cm thick.
04 - Add olive oil to a skillet and place over medium heat until oil is shimmering.
05 - Carefully place the shaped patties in the hot skillet. Cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the patties are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
06 - Transfer cooked patties to toasted burger buns and garnish with your preferred toppings before serving.
