# How to Make It:

01 - Fit a stand mixer with a whisk attachment or prepare a medium to large bowl and an electric hand mixer.
02 - Place room temperature butter in the mixer bowl. Whip at high speed for 1–2 minutes until pale and fluffy, beginning at low speed to prevent splattering.
03 - Turn off the mixer. Add 180 ml maple syrup and 1 g kosher salt. Whip until ingredients are fully integrated and smooth.
