Virgin Strawberry Pina Colada (Print-Friendly Format)

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
02 - ½ cup ice cubes
03 - ¾ cup pineapple juice
04 - ¾ cup coconut milk
05 - 1–2 tablespoons brown sugar, optional

06 - 1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled
07 - ¼ cup pineapple juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine strawberries and ¼ cup pineapple juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to a clean jug and set aside.
02 - Rinse the blender. Add chopped pineapple, ice cubes, ¾ cup pineapple juice, coconut milk, and brown sugar if desired. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Pour the strawberry base into two tall glasses, filling each about 25%. Gently layer the pineapple-coconut blend over the strawberry base to fill the glasses. Swirl using a straw or skewer to create a gentle gradient effect if desired.
04 - Decorate each glass with a wedge of pineapple and a fresh strawberry. Serve immediately while chilled.
