Prepare the frozen green beans following the package instructions.

In a 33x23 cm baking dish or a 3-litre casserole, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and ground black pepper until smooth.

Add the cooked green beans and half of the French fried onions to the dish. Stir gently to combine.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the mixture is bubbling.
