# How to Make It:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, mixing well. Cook until beef is fully cooked through.
02 - Add shredded carrots and chopped bell peppers to the pan. Sauté with the beef for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
03 - Submerge rice paper wrappers, one at a time, in warm water for 10–20 seconds until pliable.
