06 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
07 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease a roasting pan with olive oil.
02 - Pat chicken thighs dry and season all over with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and olive oil until combined.
04 - Layer orange slices on the base of the roasting pan. Place seasoned chicken thighs on top of the orange slices.
05 - Pour the marinade evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
06 - Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, basting the chicken halfway with pan juices.
07 - Switch oven to broil. Broil chicken for 3 to 5 minutes, or until skin is caramelized and glossy.
