# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main

01 - 200 g sunflower seeds
02 - Pinch of fine salt
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
04 - 60 g dark chocolate

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 180°C (160°C with fan assist).
02 - Place sunflower seeds, salt, and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to evenly coat the seeds.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Press a portion of the mixture into a small round cookie cutter on the sheet, then carefully remove cutter to form flat discs. Alternatively, spoon small mounds onto the sheet for clusters.
04 - Transfer baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the sunflower seed mixture is golden brown. Adjust time based on the size of portions.
05 - Let bites cool completely on the baking sheet to firm up; handling them while warm may cause breakage.
06 - Melt the dark chocolate. Dip the base of each sunflower seed bite into the chocolate, or drizzle chocolate over the tops as desired. Allow to set before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - A round cookie cutter creates uniform discs, but clusters can be made freeform with a spoon. Nutritional values are based on making 14 servings.
