01 - 375 ml Greek yogurt
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

04 - 150 g fresh strawberries, sliced
05 - 50 g dark chocolate chips

# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is fully homogenized.
02 - Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper. Evenly spread the yogurt mixture over the parchment to a thickness of about 1 cm.
03 - Scatter sliced fresh strawberries evenly over the yogurt base.
04 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Drizzle melted chocolate over the strawberries and yogurt.
05 - Transfer the pan to the freezer and chill for at least 2 hours until fully set. Once frozen, break or cut the bark into pieces and enjoy directly from the freezer.
