# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Base

01 - 226 grams cream cheese or coconut cream
02 - 113 grams yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream

→ Sweetener

03 - 120 grams powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative

→ Fruit

04 - 5 medium strawberries

→ Flavouring (optional)

05 - 1.25 millilitres vanilla bean paste

# How to Make It:

01 - Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature, or ensure coconut cream is thick and creamy. Avoid using coconut cream that appears hard or flaky.
02 - Remove stems from strawberries. Blend or mash the berries until completely pureed.
03 - Place the strawberry puree, cream cheese or coconut cream, yogurt or substitute, powdered sugar, and optional vanilla bean paste into a blender, food processor, or mixing bowl.
04 - Blend or mix the ingredients until the texture is completely smooth.
05 - Portion the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate. The mousse will thicken considerably as it chills.
