02 - 115 g cream cheese, softened

04 - 60 ml heavy cream

05 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
06 - 1 teaspoon (5 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
07 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 0.25 teaspoon fine salt

→ Toppings and Garnish

09 - 30 g unsalted pistachios, chopped
10 - 80 g pomegranate seeds
11 - Fresh herbs, such as mint or parsley, to garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Place crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
02 - Spoon the whipped feta mixture into a serving bowl, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
03 - Gently fold in most of the chopped pistachios and pomegranate seeds, reserving a small portion of each for final garnishing.
04 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
