# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 2 tablespoons (28 grams) salted butter, softened
02 - 226 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 226 grams white cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
05 - 3 tablespoons green onion, chopped
06 - 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Coating and Garnish

07 - 1 cup (140 grams) fresh pomegranate arils, patted dry
08 - 1 Rolo chocolate candy, unwrapped
09 - 1 sprig rosemary, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - In a food processor or with a stand mixer, blend softened butter, cream cheese, and shredded white cheddar until smooth. Incorporate minced garlic, chopped green onion, and ground black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
02 - Transfer the cheese mixture onto the center of a 30 x 30 cm piece of plastic wrap. Gather the corners and twist tightly to form a uniform ball. Release and unwrap.
03 - Spread the pomegranate arils evenly on a plate. Gently roll the cheese ball over the arils to cover all surfaces, pressing additional arils by hand as needed for full coverage.
04 - Wrap the coated cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing it to firm and hold its shape.
05 - Position the Rolo candy on top to resemble an ornament cap and optionally add a rosemary sprig. Present with crackers, crostini, or vegetable batons.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Freshly grated cheddar enhances both texture and flavor for optimal results.
02 - For the creamiest consistency, allow the cheese ball to reach room temperature before serving.
