02 - 30 ml olive oil
03 - 30 g kosher salt
04 - 8 g freshly ground black pepper
05 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
06 - 10 g fresh rosemary, chopped
07 - 10 g fresh thyme, chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 232°C.
02 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme to form a paste.
03 - Evenly rub seasoning mixture over the entire surface of the prime rib roast.
