# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 14 whole graham crackers
02 - 230 grams unsalted butter
03 - 220 grams packed brown sugar
04 - 200 grams pecans, roughly chopped
05 - 5 millilitres vanilla extract
06 - 1.25 millilitres sea salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
02 - Place a single layer of graham crackers onto the lined baking sheet, fitting 14 crackers if using a 43 x 28 cm sheet.

05 - Pour the pecan mixture evenly over the graham crackers, spreading it with a silicone spatula.
06 - Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool completely for 1 to 2 hours, then break into pieces.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Store the pieces in an airtight container at room temperature with parchment paper between layers for up to one week.
