Peanut Butter Cup Ninja Creami (Print-Friendly Format)

Creamy peanut butter and chocolate blend with high protein, made effortless in your Ninja Creami.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 240 ml Fairlife 2% milk
02 - 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
03 - 1 scoop (about 30 g) peanut butter cookie protein powder
04 - 15 g vanilla instant pudding mix
05 - 22 g powdered peanut butter (PB Fit)

→ Optional Mix-Ins

06 - Chopped Reese's peanut butter cups or Reese's pieces

# How to Make It:

01 - Add Fairlife milk, almond milk, protein powder, vanilla pudding mix, and powdered peanut butter to the Ninja Creami container. Ensure all ingredients are below the max fill line.
02 - Blend the mixture using a handheld frother until fully homogeneous.
03 - Seal the container and freeze for 24 hours until the mixture is solid.
04 - Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and run the exterior under hot water for 60 to 90 seconds.
05 - Place the pint in the Ninja Creami machine and select the Lite Ice Cream function.
06 - Check the texture. If powdery or crumbly, use the Re-Spin function. Repeat as needed for a creamy, smooth consistency.
07 - If the texture remains too firm, add 15 ml milk and Re-Spin until desired creaminess is achieved.
08 - Create a small well in the center, add chopped Reese's pieces if desired, and run the Mix-Ins cycle.
09 - Enjoy immediately for best texture.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best results, freeze the base mixture a full 24 hours before spinning.
02 - Pre-chop any solid mix-ins for even distribution.
03 - Lower-fat milk options can be used but will produce a less creamy texture.
04 - With shorter freezing times (12-16 hours), use Mix-Ins function instead of Re-Spin to avoid overmixing.
05 - Try Re-Spin before adding more milk if the ice cream is powdery after the first spin.
