# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Cake Batter

01 - 260 g all-purpose flour
02 - 85 g unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 400 g granulated sugar
04 - 1 tbsp baking powder
05 - 0.5 tsp salt
06 - 4 large eggs, at room temperature
07 - 240 ml whole milk
08 - 2 tsp vanilla extract

→ Frosting

09 - 225 g butter, softened
10 - 480 g powdered sugar
11 - 225 g cream cheese, softened

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease three round cake pans or line with parchment paper to ensure easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly distributed.
03 - In a separate bowl, blend eggs, whole milk, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
04 - Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently to form a smooth batter. Avoid overmixing to maintain a tender crumb.
05 - Divide the primary batter evenly into three portions: fold melted chocolate into one portion, pureed strawberries into the second, and leave the third plain for vanilla.
06 - Pour each prepared batter into a separate cake pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean.
07 - Remove cake layers from the oven and allow to cool completely on wire racks before assembly and frosting.
08 - Beat softened butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar, mixing until the frosting is fluffy and spreadable.
09 - Layer cakes by applying cream cheese frosting between each layer. Evenly cover the sides and top with remaining frosting for a polished finish.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For intensified strawberry flavor, add a few drops of natural strawberry extract or use freeze-dried strawberry powder in the strawberry layer.
