01 -
Combine Fairlife skim milk, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free vanilla pudding mix, monk fruit sweetener, and salt in a Ninja Creami pint container. Stir thoroughly with a handheld frother until incorporated.
02 -
Seal the pint container and place it in the freezer for a minimum of 24 hours, allowing the mixture to become fully solid.
03 -
Remove the frozen container and run the exterior under hot water for 60 seconds. Install the pint in the Ninja Creami. Select the 'Lite Ice Cream' function and process. If the texture is powdery, respin using the designated setting until smooth and creamy.
04 -
While the machine is running, melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until a glossy chocolate fudge is achieved.
05 -
Create a cavity in the center of the processed ice cream. Add mini peanut butter cups and prepared chocolate fudge into the hole. Reinsert the container and use the 'Mix-in' setting to blend the additions evenly.
06 -
Once the mix-ins are fully incorporated and the ice cream reaches a creamy consistency, serve immediately.
