# How to Make It:

01 - Carefully use a small, sharp knife to make a lengthwise slit in each Medjool date and remove the pit without cutting through the fruit.
02 - In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
