Add 480 ml of room temperature filtered water to the sweetened blue infusion, stirring to mix thoroughly.

Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the blue beverage over the ice, then squeeze fresh lemon juice into each glass to witness the colour transition from blue to purple.
