# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 15 g dried butterfly blue pea flowers
02 - 200 g brown sugar or natural sweetener
03 - 240 ml boiling water
04 - 480 ml filtered water, room temperature
05 - Juice of 1–2 fresh lemons
06 - Ice cubes, for serving

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat 240 ml of water to boiling and steep butterfly blue pea flowers for 5 minutes. Strain to extract the vibrant blue infusion.
02 - Dissolve brown sugar or natural sweetener into the warm blue tea, stirring until fully combined.
03 - Add 480 ml of room temperature filtered water to the sweetened blue infusion, stirring to mix thoroughly.
04 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the blue beverage over the ice, then squeeze fresh lemon juice into each glass to witness the colour transition from blue to purple.
