# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 680 grams)
02 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
03 - 120 millilitres freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
06 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
07 - 240 millilitres low-sodium chicken broth
08 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
09 - 2 tablespoons cold water
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
11 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Finely chop the parsley and mince the garlic cloves.
02 - Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
03 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until deeply golden and cooked through.
04 - Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté until aromatic. Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
05 - Combine cornstarch with cold water, then stir the mixture into the simmering pan. Cook gently, stirring, until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
06 - Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Allow the cheese to melt slightly before removing from the heat.
07 - Transfer the chicken to plates and garnish generously with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For the juiciest results, avoid overcooking the chicken breasts and allow them to rest briefly before slicing.
