→ Seasoned Butter Sauce

11 - 454 g unsalted or salted butter, melted
12 - 160 ml Worcestershire sauce
13 - 3 tablespoons seasoned salt (such as Lawry's) or preferred blend
14 - 3 tablespoons garlic powder
15 - 2 tablespoons onion powder
16 - 4 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix, plus extra for garnish (optional)
17 - 2 to 3 tablespoons Louisiana-style hot sauce (e.g., Crystal or preferred brand)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 120°C. Set out several large mixing bowls or a sanitized 20-litre food-grade container. Prepare two large baking trays for baking, and wear food-safe gloves for mixing.
02 - In the large container, add Chex corn squares, Chex wheat squares, Chex rice squares, Cheeze-Its, pretzel sticks, garlic rye chips, cashews, almonds, walnuts, and peanuts. Gently toss to distribute evenly.
03 - In a large saucepan over medium heat, fully melt the butter. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and ranch dressing mix until homogeneous.
04 - Slowly drizzle the seasoned butter mixture over the dry snack mixture. With gloved hands, toss thoroughly until every component is evenly coated. Transfer coated mix to the prepared baking trays, spreading in an even layer. If desired, dust the top lightly with additional dry ranch mix.
05 - Place trays in the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes, tossing the mix every 20–30 minutes to ensure even crisping and flavor absorption.
06 - Remove trays from oven and allow snack mix to cool completely on the baking trays. Once cool, transfer to air-tight containers or gift tins for storage and sharing.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Roasted, unsalted, or lightly salted nuts yield the best flavor balance, but raw nuts are suitable due to the long bake duration.
02 - When using dry ranch dressing mix, each small retail packet typically contains 1 tablespoon; plan accordingly for desired flavor intensity.
03 - These quantities fill approximately 20 gift-sized tins; the batch can be scaled up or down as needed without affecting results.
