Cheese crisps filled with corned beef, sauerkraut, and tangy dressing for a tasty low-carb snack.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Filling and Cheese Wrap

01 - 240 grams shredded Swiss cheese
02 - 225 grams sliced corned beef deli meat
03 - 130 grams sauerkraut

→ Homemade Dressing

04 - 60 millilitres mayonnaise
05 - 5 millilitres Worcestershire sauce
06 - 23 millilitres sugar-free ketchup
07 - 10 millilitres Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute
08 - 15 millilitres horseradish sauce
09 - 1 pinch paprika

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange the shredded Swiss cheese into eight even circles on the prepared baking sheets.
03 - Bake cheese circles for 6 to 8 minutes until edges are golden and crisping.
04 - As cheese bakes, combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve confectioner’s sugar substitute, horseradish sauce, and paprika in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
05 - Remove cheese circles from oven and allow to cool for 1 minute so they are firm yet flexible.
06 - Top each cheese circle with a portion of sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, and a drizzle of the prepared dressing.
07 - Quickly fold the cheese circles over the filling before they harden, forming roll-ups.
08 - Allow roll-ups to cool fully on the tray until crisp before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Use parchment paper to prevent the cheese from sticking to the baking sheet.
02 - Do not overbake the cheese circles as they need to remain pliable for rolling.
03 - Experiment with alternative cheeses such as Gruyère or Emmental for variation.
