Mini burger sliders paired with garlic aioli offer juicy flavors and satisfying bites, perfect for crowds.

# Ingredients:

→ Burger Sliders

01 - 450g ground beef (80/20 ratio)
02 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
03 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 12 small brioche slider buns
08 - 6 slices cheddar cheese (optional)
09 - 1 cup baby arugula or lettuce leaves
10 - 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
11 - 0.5 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Garlic Aioli

12 - 120g mayonnaise
13 - 2-3 garlic cloves, finely minced
14 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
16 - Fine sea salt, to taste
17 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust garlic and seasoning to taste. Refrigerate to allow flavors to develop.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently blend ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until just combined. Do not overmix to preserve juiciness.
03 - Divide beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each into a small patty, making a slight indentation in the center of each to ensure even cooking.
04 - Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear slider patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. If adding cheese, place a slice atop each patty in the final minute and cover to melt.
05 - Lightly butter the inner sides of the slider buns. Toast cut-side down on the grill or in a skillet until golden brown.
06 - Spread a generous layer of garlic aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with a patty, a few arugula leaves, a tomato slice, and several onion rings. Cap with the remaining bun halves.
07 - Arrange sliders on a platter. Serve warm with additional garlic aioli for dipping and accompany with sides such as fries or fresh salad.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling the aioli allows the garlic flavor to intensify and meld with the other ingredients for a richer condiment.
02 - Making a slight indentation in each patty center prevents excessive puffing and encourages even cooking.
