In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground turkey, almond flour, minced onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin until evenly blended.

Using a burger press lined with parchment, add turkey mixture to fill halfway. Press to create a well in the center.

Place a portion of the cheese filling into the well, cover with more turkey mixture, and use the press to seal the edges. For hand-formed burgers, form a well in each patty, fill, and seal.

Continue until all the turkey and filling are used, yielding 6 to 7 stuffed patties.

Heat grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of each burger with olive oil.

Cook burgers for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
