08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.75 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin

→ For Cooking and Serving

11 - 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
12 - 6 slices cooked bacon
13 - Lettuce leaves, for serving (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, minced jalapeños, and garlic. Mash with a fork or spatula until fully incorporated. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground turkey, almond flour, minced onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin until evenly blended.
03 - Using a burger press lined with parchment, add turkey mixture to fill halfway. Press to create a well in the center.
04 - Place a portion of the cheese filling into the well, cover with more turkey mixture, and use the press to seal the edges. For hand-formed burgers, form a well in each patty, fill, and seal.
05 - Continue until all the turkey and filling are used, yielding 6 to 7 stuffed patties.
06 - Heat grill to medium-high. Brush both sides of each burger with olive oil.
07 - Cook burgers for 7 to 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 74°C.
08 - Top burgers with crispy bacon and serve on lettuce wraps or buns as desired.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Burgers are equally delicious in lettuce wraps for a low-carbohydrate option or served in traditional buns.
