Honey Lime Chicken Avocado Stack (Print-Friendly Format)

Glazed chicken, creamy avocado, and seasoned rice stacked together for a quick, nourishing dinner.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Rice

06 - 1 cup brown rice

→ Avocado

07 - 2 ripe but firm avocados, sliced

# How to Make It:

01 - Place the chicken breasts between sheets of parchment and pound them to an even thickness. Season on both sides with salt and black pepper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine honey and freshly squeezed lime juice until well blended.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts for 6–7 minutes per side or until golden and fully cooked. In the final minute, brush with the honey lime glaze and allow it to bubble, coating the chicken.
04 - Cook brown rice according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and season lightly with salt.
05 - Just before assembling, cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and slice each half into even slices.
06 - Using a ring mold or cookie cutter, layer a portion of rice, then slices of glazed chicken, followed by avocado. Gently press for structure, then remove the ring. Drizzle with extra lime juice before serving.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Pound the chicken evenly to ensure it cooks uniformly and remains tender.
02 - Monitor the glaze in the skillet to prevent burning and enhance flavor.
03 - Slice avocados immediately before serving to maintain color and texture.
04 - Store chicken, rice, and avocado separately for efficient meal prep and freshness.
