In a large mixing bowl, toss sliced carrots and green beans with olive oil, honey, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, salt, and black pepper until the vegetables are evenly coated.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until carrots are tender and lightly caramelized and green beans are tender-crisp.
