Gradually pour the seasoning mixture over the dry snack mix, stirring continuously to ensure even distribution and coverage.

Transfer the coated mix to the prepared roasting pan or baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent burning and ensure even toasting.
