# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Base Mix

01 - 3 cups (approx. 75 g) Corn Chex cereal
02 - 3 cups (approx. 75 g) Rice Chex cereal
03 - 3 cups (approx. 75 g) Wheat Chex cereal
04 - 1 cup (approx. 50 g) miniature pretzels
05 - 1 cup (approx. 40 g) bagel chips, broken into small pieces
06 - 1 cup (approx. 40 g) rye chips, broken into small pieces

→ Seasoning Mixture

07 - 8 tablespoons (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2.5 tablespoons (37 ml) Worcestershire sauce
09 - 2 teaspoons (6 g) garlic powder
10 - 1 tablespoon (18 g) seasoned salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 120°C. Prepare a large roasting pan, or line a large baking sheet with parchment paper if a roasting pan is unavailable.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, mix together the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzels, bagel chips, and rye chips until evenly combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and seasoned salt until fully blended.
04 - Gradually pour the seasoning mixture over the dry snack mix, stirring continuously to ensure even distribution and coverage.
05 - Transfer the coated mix to the prepared roasting pan or baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent burning and ensure even toasting.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool on parchment paper or paper towels for 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container once completely cooled.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Add the seasoning mixture gradually, stirring between additions, to guarantee thorough and even coating without soggy clusters.
02 - Swap snack mix components as desired but ensure to maintain equivalent volumes to preserve proper seasoning balance.
03 - Use small pretzels so the snack mix incorporates more evenly and remains easier to serve.
04 - For optimal texture, break bagel and rye chips into small uniform pieces before combining.
