Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese blend, chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.

Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 7.5 cm squares.

Place one tablespoon of filling in the centre of each square. Fold the pastry over to form triangles and press edges with a fork to seal.

Place the filled pastry triangles on the prepared baking tray. Brush the tops with beaten egg.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
