01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 4 to 5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
03 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

05 - 150 g shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings and Liquid

07 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - 120 ml beef broth or water

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C and lightly grease a 23×33 cm baking dish.
02 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef and cook until softened, 3–4 minutes.
04 - Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes in an even layer over the beef.
05 - Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
06 - Pour the beef broth around the edges of the dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
07 - Remove the foil and continue baking for 15–20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden.
