# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. In a bowl, toss diced sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray and roast for 40–45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes, until softened and fragrant.
03 - Add the lean ground beef to the skillet. Use a spatula to break it apart, cooking for 6–8 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook until beef is well browned and cooked through.
04 - Divide roasted sweet potatoes among serving bowls. Top with ground beef, avocado slices, and a generous scoop of cottage cheese.
05 - Drizzle hot honey evenly over each bowl. Garnish with chopped cilantro, red pepper flakes, and lime juice as desired. Serve warm.
