# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large sweet potatoes
02 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Wash and scrub sweet potatoes. Cut into wedges approximately 2.5 cm thick for even cooking.
03 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes until thoroughly combined.
04 - Place sweet potato wedges in a large mixing bowl and toss with the seasoned oil mixture until evenly coated.
05 - Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges. Toss again to distribute cheese evenly.
06 - Arrange wedges in a single, non-overlapping layer on the prepared baking sheet to ensure crispness.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, turning wedges halfway through, until golden brown and crisp at the edges.
08 - While hot, sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the wedges to allow slight melting.
09 - Transfer wedges to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
