Garlic Parmesan Corn on Cob (Print-Friendly Format)

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Corn

01 - 4 fresh corn cobs

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

02 - 115 g unsalted butter, melted
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
05 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

→ Topping

08 - 100 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
09 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C.
02 - Arrange corn cobs in a large baking dish or aluminium tray.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir thoroughly.
04 - Pour the garlic butter mixture over the corn, ensuring each cob is completely coated.
05 - Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the corn.
06 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
07 - Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until Parmesan is golden and bubbling.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
