# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Cereal and Snacks

01 - 2 boxes (approx. 680 g each) corn or rice Chex cereal
02 - 2 bags (approx. 200 g each) pretzels, such as waffle or pretzel balls
03 - 4 bags (approx. 170 g each) garlic bagel chips
04 - 1 small container (approx. 200 g) mixed nuts or peanuts

→ Seasoned Butter Mixture

05 - 340 g (3 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
06 - 90 ml (6 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce, plus additional for topping
07 - 16 g (4 tsp) seasoning salt, plus extra for dusting
08 - 12 g (4 tsp) garlic powder, plus extra for dusting
09 - 12 g (4 tsp) onion powder

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 120°C (250°F) to preheat.
02 - Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully combined.
03 - Divide half the Rice Chex between two large roasting pans. Drizzle a few tablespoons of the seasoned butter mixture over the cereal.
04 - Add half the Corn Chex to each pan. Evenly distribute, then drizzle a few more tablespoons of the butter mixture over the top.
05 - Distribute two bags of garlic bagel chips into each pan and spread evenly. Drizzle additional butter mixture over the chips.
06 - Evenly split the pretzels and mixed nuts between the pans. Drizzle several tablespoons of butter mixture over the pretzels and nuts.
07 - Using a rubber spatula, gently fold all ingredients together to avoid crushing the cereal. Drizzle any remaining butter mixture over the mix and combine until lightly coated.
08 - If desired, dust the top layer of each pan with additional garlic powder, seasoning salt, and a light shake of Worcestershire sauce.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently stir the mixture with a rubber spatula.
10 - Repeat baking and gentle stirring every 15 minutes for a total baking time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Optionally add more garlic powder, seasoning salt, or Worcestershire sauce to taste between intervals.
11 - Allow the mix to cool in the pans, or spread onto sheet pans if preferred. Store in an airtight container once completely cooled.

# Extra Tips:

01 - A squeeze bottle helps evenly distribute the seasoned butter mixture, ensuring thorough coating on all components.
02 - Taste after each baking interval to adjust saltiness and boldness to your preference.
