Distribute cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs evenly over the filling.

Roll the pastry tightly from the long side to form a log, then slice into 2.5 cm pinwheels.

Place pinwheels cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with the egg wash.
