# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and press out any creases.
03 - Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border along the edges.
04 - Distribute cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs evenly over the filling.
06 - Roll the pastry tightly from the long side to form a log, then slice into 2.5 cm pinwheels.
07 - Place pinwheels cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with the egg wash.
08 - Bake for 18–22 minutes until pinwheels are golden and puffed.
