07 - 15 g mini chocolate chips (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a blender, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl. Stir in cocoa powder and protein powder, if using, until a thick batter forms.
03 - Gently incorporate chopped nuts or seeds and mini chocolate chips into the mixture without overmixing.

05 - Refrigerate the bites for 1 hour, or freeze for 30 minutes, until firm.
06 - Transfer set bites to an airtight container and store refrigerated for up to 5 days.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For a thicker consistency, add additional cocoa or protein powder. For a softer result, blend in a splash of almond milk.
02 - Enhance the bites by rolling in desiccated coconut, crushed nuts, or extra cocoa powder for a polished finish.
03 - Prepare in advance and freeze for up to 3 weeks for convenient meal prep.
04 - Customized variations: Add peanut butter for richness, peppermint extract for a minty touch, blend in frozen raspberries for fruitiness, or increase chocolate chips for more indulgence.
