Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt Bites (Print-Friendly Format)

Creamy frozen yogurt, chocolate, and nut butter combine in bite-sized, vegan-friendly treats. Perfect for a healthy snack.

# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Frozen Yogurt Base

01 - 240 ml plain unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
02 - 2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
03 - 60 ml cashew butter or any nut or seed butter
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

→ Chocolate Coating

06 - 270 g chocolate chips
07 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine non-dairy yogurt, protein powder (if using), cashew butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a small bowl. Stir thoroughly until smooth and uniform.
02 - Fold in mini chocolate chips to distribute evenly throughout the mixture.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a medium or large cookie scoop, portion the yogurt mixture into individual dollops, spacing them apart. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and chill for at least 1 hour, until fully solid.
04 - Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until mixture is completely smooth.
05 - Remove frozen yogurt bites from the freezer. Dip each one into the melted chocolate, coating entirely, then place back onto the lined baking sheet.
06 - Return coated bites to the freezer for at least 30 minutes, or until chocolate shell is set. Store in the freezer until ready to serve.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For extra crunch, add finely chopped nuts or seeds before coating with chocolate.
