07 - 125 grams unsalted butter
08 - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
10 - 2 tablespoons honey

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

11 - 100 to 150 grams granulated sugar
12 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 135°C. Line a half sheet pan with a silicone baking mat or line two smaller pans if required.
02 - Combine corn Chex, wheat Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, crackers, and cashews in a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in honey, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until well blended.
04 - Pour the honey butter mixture over the dry snack blend and toss thoroughly to ensure an even coating.
