# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 60 g chopped green onions
02 - 100 g sweetened dried cranberries, soaked in warm water for 5 minutes and drained
03 - 110 g crumbled feta cheese
04 - 225 g cream cheese, softened

→ Outer Layer

05 - 2 large wheat flour tortillas, 25 cm each

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the chopped green onions, softened cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, and cream cheese until a uniform, cohesive mixture is formed.
02 - Place the tortillas on a clean work surface. Evenly distribute the filling mixture between the two tortillas, spreading it to cover each tortilla completely while leaving a 1 cm border along the edges to prevent overflow during rolling.
03 - Carefully roll each tortilla up tightly to encase the filling. Wrap each roll individually in plastic wrap to maintain shape and avoid drying. Refrigerate the wrapped rolls for at least one hour to firm up and allow the flavors to meld.
04 - Remove the chilled tortilla rolls from the refrigerator and discard the plastic wrap. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll crosswise into approximately 12 even pieces. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and present immediately.
