09 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 200°C (400°F) and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, sautéing for 5–7 minutes until softened.
03 - Push vegetables to the side of the skillet. Season flank steak with salt and pepper, add to the pan, and cook for 3–5 minutes until browned.
04 - Slice the French loaf lengthwise and remove a portion of the soft interior to create space for filling.
05 - Mix sautéed steak, vegetables, minced garlic, and provolone cheese thoroughly. Spoon the mixture evenly into both halves of the prepared loaf.
06 - Place filled bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the loaf is golden and the cheese is melted.
07 - Slice into individual servings and serve warm.

# Extra Tips:

01 - Use freshly grated provolone for optimal melting and flavor development.
