01 - 340 grams semi-sweet chocolate pieces
02 - 57 grams unsalted butter
03 - 2 large eggs, beaten
04 - 283 grams Mini Funmallows marshmallows
05 - 180 grams chopped walnuts or pecans

06 - Parchment paper or wax paper
07 - Confectioner's sugar, for dusting

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine chocolate pieces and butter in a heatproof bowl. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until fully melted and smooth.
02 - Remove the bowl from heat, allow to cool slightly, then whisk in the beaten eggs until fully combined.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine marshmallows and chopped walnuts or pecans.
04 - Pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and nuts. Stir gently until ingredients are evenly coated.
05 - Sprinkle confectioner's sugar onto parchment or wax paper. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a roll approximately 20 centimeters in length.
06 - Transfer the rolls to the refrigerator and chill for several hours until firm. Slice into pieces for serving.
