Combine chocolate pieces and butter in a heatproof bowl. Warm over low heat, stirring constantly, until fully melted and smooth.

Remove the bowl from heat, allow to cool slightly, then whisk in the beaten eggs until fully combined.

In a large mixing bowl, combine marshmallows and chopped walnuts or pecans.

Pour the cooled chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and nuts. Stir gently until ingredients are evenly coated.

Sprinkle confectioner's sugar onto parchment or wax paper. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a roll approximately 20 centimeters in length.
