01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 1 bell pepper, diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 230 g tomato sauce
07 - 60 ml ketchup
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste
13 - 4 hamburger buns

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
02 - Add ground chicken to the pan, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is fully cooked through and no longer pink.
03 - Pour in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
04 - Lower the heat and simmer the mixture for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and flavours have melded.
05 - Spoon the Cajun chicken mixture generously onto the base of each hamburger bun. Top with remaining bun halves and serve hot.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For added heat, include a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Toast buns lightly before serving for improved texture.
