# Ingredients You’ll Need:

01 - 3 cups square corn cereal (Chex or Crispix)
02 - 3 cups square wheat cereal
03 - 3 cups square rice cereal
04 - 3 cups cheese-flavored corn snacks (Cheetos or similar)
05 - 3 cups Bugles
06 - 2 cups mini pretzel twists
07 - 2 cups small square cheese crackers
08 - 2 cups dry roasted peanuts

→ Seasoning Butter

09 - 1 cup unsalted butter
10 - 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
12 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
13 - 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
14 - 1 teaspoon dark chili powder
15 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
16 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
17 - Hot sauce, several dashes to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 120°C. Line an extra-large rimmed baking pan or two large sheet pans and set aside.
02 - In a large mixing bowl or directly on the prepared pan, combine corn cereal, wheat cereal, rice cereal, cheese-flavored corn snacks, Bugles, pretzels, cheese crackers, and peanuts. Mix gently to distribute evenly.
03 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and hot sauce. Stir or whisk until the seasonings are fully dissolved.
04 - Pour seasoned butter mixture over the dry ingredients. Using a large spoon or rubber spatula, gently toss to ensure all pieces are thoroughly coated.
05 - Spread the coated mix evenly on the prepared baking pans. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
06 - Transfer snack mix onto parchment paper and allow to cool completely. Once cooled, store in an airtight container at room temperature.
