01 - 2 sheets puff pastry, square-shaped

02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 100 grams blue cheese, crumbled
04 - 100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
05 - 50 grams walnuts, chopped
06 - 6 to 8 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
07 - sea salt
08 - cracked black pepper

→ Finishing

09 - 1 tablespoon milk

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven to 180°C. For a non-fan oven, preheat to 200°C.
02 - Evenly drizzle 1 tablespoon honey over each puff pastry sheet.
03 - Evenly scatter walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, and grated Parmesan over each pastry sheet. Add fresh thyme leaves and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
04 - Roll up each pastry sheet tightly. Slice each roll lengthways, gently tucking in the filling to prevent spillage.
05 - On baking paper, twist each pastry strip and coil into a round twirl. Brush with milk for glaze.
06 - Bake for 25–30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
07 - Remove from oven, garnish with extra fresh thyme leaves, and serve warm.
