01 - 2 medium zucchinis (approximately 250g), grated and squeezed to remove moisture
02 - 250g cooked and mashed sweet potato

03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Binders

06 - 2 tablespoons coconut flour

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 160°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
02 - Using your hands, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the grated zucchini to prevent sogginess.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine the drained zucchini, mashed sweet potato, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, and coconut flour. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
04 - Portion the mixture into tablespoon-sized amounts and form into tot shapes by hand. Arrange evenly on the prepared baking tray.
