02 - 150 grams fresh blueberries
03 - 40 grams red onion, finely chopped
04 - 65 grams dried cranberries
05 - 35 grams sunflower seeds

09 - 85 grams honey
10 - 15 millilitres lemon juice
11 - 10 millilitres apple cider vinegar
12 - 10 grams poppy seeds

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli florets, blueberries, chopped red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
02 - In a small bowl, toss the chopped apple pieces with 15 millilitres of lemon juice to prevent browning.
03 - Transfer the apple to the main bowl with the other salad ingredients.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, 15 millilitres lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and poppy seeds until smooth.
05 - Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat all components evenly.
06 - Serve immediately for optimal freshness, or refrigerate and consume within one day after dressing.

# Extra Tips:

01 - For best texture, store salad and dressing separately if preparing ahead, and combine just before serving.
02 - Mayonnaise can replace yogurt in the dressing, but reduce honey to 3 tablespoons.
03 - Omit poppy seeds if desired without the need for substitutions.
